Leveraging Tiffen's new Magnetic Control System technology, the MCS UV Filter is a general-use, clear filter that absorbs ultraviolet light while also offering quick and easy attachment. Simply thread the magnetic adaptor into the front of the lens and snap the magnetic filter into place when the time comes.

UV filters absorb ultraviolet light and reduce the bluish cast of daylight, making them especially useful at high altitudes and near bodies of water. The clear filter provides no additional colouration or contrast, making it ideal as a general protection filter that prevents dust, moisture, and scratches from reaching lens elements.
