The Story

Sennheiser EW-DX EM 2 DANTE Wireless Receiver (S1-10)

Two-channel digital half-rack (9.5") Dante-enabled receiver for use with Evolution Wireless Digital handheld, bodypack and tablestand transmitters. Extended 88 MHz switching bandwidth, intermodulation-free operation [intermodulation-free equidistant channel spacing] for up to 293 channels with secure AES 256 encryption and redundant power supply via Power over Ethernet (PoE).

Sennheiser EW-DX simplifies your professional workflow by utilising refined technologies and decades of research to deliver a digital UHF system that can be scaled with ease. With its advanced feature set and hardware options, classrooms, corporate campuses, and live productions benefit from a network-ready system that is designed to integrate seamlessly. The system quickly assesses your environment and uses equidistant channel spacing to deploy frequencies while tools like Sennheiser's Control Cockpit, Wireless Systems Manager, and Smart Assist App allow you to monitor your system remotely. In-device charging, 12-hour battery operation, and switching bandwidth up to 88 MHz are only a few more of the many features that make EW-DX the right tool for the job.

Flexible network modes: single cable (Control, Dante, PoE), split mode (Control + PoE and Dante daisy chain), redundancy mode (Control + PoE, Dante Prim, Dante Sec).

Low latency of 1.9 ms wireless transmission thanks to proprietary Sennheiser Performance Audio Codec (SePAC).

134 dB input dynamic range - no need to set gain on your wireless transmitters at all, thanks to proprietary Sennheiser Performance Audio Codec (SePAC).

Equidistant channel spacing to easily allocate intermodulation-free channels: Standard Mode with 600 kHz spacing for up to 146 channels; Link Density (LD) Mode with 300 kHz spacing for up to 293 channels.

Network enabled for expanded remote control with Sennheiser Control Cockpit, Wireless System Manager and 3rd party media control systems via plug-in.
