The Story

Rosco Polarising 7300 Filter

Rosco Polarising 7300 Filter (430mm x 3m)

This (430mm x 3m) Rosco #7300 Polarising Filter Roll is a neutralising linear polarising film for use in front of lights to reduce the glare caused by smooth surfaces such as glass, water, paper, and certain metallic objects.

It is especially effective when used in conjunction with a polarising filter at the lens (cross polarisation). It should be placed at a slight distance from hot lights.

Rosco Polarising 7300 Filter (430mm x 15.24m)

The #7300 (430mm x 15.24m) Polarising Filter from Rosco is used to minimise or eliminate reflections from shiny objects like water, metallic items, glass or certain papers. When used for copying art, this filter is indispensable since it will eliminate the glare normally generated by hot lights. Even though glare may not obviously seem to contaminate your shot, when checked on your camera's LCD or film, glare can cause the image to appear washed out and flat. By placing this filter within a frame, i.e. barn doors, it can be used in conjunction with the polariser on your camera for maximum effect. It should be used at a distance from hot lights.

Key Features:

Eliminates Reflections in Glass, Water

Can Be Used With in-camera Polariser

6 mil Acetate Base

Neutral Grey Appearance
