Ideal for portraiture, the reversible 1.2m Sunlite/Soft Silver Collapsible Reflector from Lastolite is handy for use as a reflected bounce light to lower contrast and fill in shadows or as a main light source in strong ambient illumination. The Sunlite side combines a mixture of gold and silver that reflects a subtle, warm light with a personal feeling that's very kind to skin tones, while the Soft Silver reverse side offers crisp reflectance with moderate contrast with cool tones that can be thrown over an appreciable distance.
