Designed to meet the evolving demands of modern live and post-production workflows, it supports up to eight simultaneous UHD video channels via dual 100G Ethernet QSFP28 ports, enabling full redundancy. Its support for GPU Direct RDMA ensures ultralow latency by facilitating direct memory transfers to GPUs, which is especially valuable in real-time graphics rendering, AI processing, and live compositing applications. Built for diverse broadcast infrastructures, the card is compatible across macOS, Windows, and Linux systems while maintaining universal compatibility with all major video software, including DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, and more.

Beyond performance, the DeckLink IP 100G emphasises flexibility and security. It supports a wide array of video formats, both compressed and uncompressed, up to DCI 4K120 with 10-bit 4:4:4 colour. Integrated support for SMPTE 2110 standards allows full transport of uncompressed video, audio, and ancillary data over managed IP networks with PTP (Precision Time Protocol) synchronisation while acting as a hardware-level firewall by isolating video transfers to frame buffers, offering protection from rogue software and unauthorised network access.
