This 8" long cable features a USB-C PD Pro connector on one end and a male USB-C right-angle PD connector on the other end. It facilitates powering your gear with a regulated, fixed charge from a PD Pro-enabled battery like the HyperCore G3. The reinforced PD Pro connector allows you to plug in the cable in either direction and can pass up to 100W to your gear.

PD Pro is a highly adaptable power platform designed to support a wide range of auxiliary video and audio devices, offering flexible power output solutions tailored to various production needs. This PDP-USBC cable allows the connected device to determine the necessary voltage; all other PD Pro cables deliver a fixed voltage pre-set by Core for each specific application.

It's important to verify that your devices can handle the fixed voltage provided by this PD Pro cable, similar to how you would with an unregulated P-Tap cable. For example, while unregulated D-Tap cables may output a wide voltage range (11-17 VDC), a PD Pro cable designed for 12V 2-pin LEMO input devices consistently provides a regulated 15V output. This mid-range voltage is carefully calibrated for balance and efficiency, ensuring neither excessively high nor low output, maximising device stability.
