This version features a built-in A to D converter capable of 24-bit / 96 kHz recordings and an attached 6.6' cable with a USB-A connector; a USB-C adapter is included.

Proprietary 45mm large-aperture dynamic drivers with rare earth (neodymium) magnets and CCAW (copper-clad aluminum wire) voice coils deliver high-quality sound reproduction with clarity, deep bass, and extended bandwidth (15 Hz to 28 kHz).

The circumaural design contours around the ears for excellent sound isolation in loud environments. This over-ear, closed-back style is optimal for reducing bleed and separating you from outside sounds.

90° swiveling earcups ensure a great fit and allows effortless one-ear monitoring. The earcups fold up to meet the headband, saving space during storage. A travel pouch is included.

Adjustable Boom Mic for Clear, Intelligible Speech

Unlike many headsets that use a dynamic microphone capsule, the ATH-M50xSTS-USB uses a more sensitive condenser element developed for the company's acclaimed 20-series mics to capture crisp, clear, intelligible speech your audience will notice and appreciate.

The mic is attached to an adjustable boom arm that places the mic in an optimal position, while the microphone's cardioid pick up pattern focuses audio capture in front of the mic, picking up less ambient sound from the rear and sides.

Simply flip the boom upright to instantly mute the mic.

Activate the headset's Sidetone circuitry and hear your own voice in the headphones for a more natural conversational experience.
